(“Client”) (collectively the “Parties”). The Parties agree as follows: SERVICES: Contractor will perform the Video and or Photography services described below ( the “Services”): Basic Video Package $500 + tax Basic Pro Video Package $800 + tax Video Shoot $75 hr + tax Photography Shoot $50 hr + tax Editing Video and or Photography $50 hr + tax Drone Footage $150 hr + tax Further description if needed: _____________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________ 1. EQUIPMENT / BUDGET / PACKAGE VIDEO LENGTH: The Contractor will evaluate the service and choose what equipment will be used at his own discretion. The Contractor will consult with the Client for the estimated cost on the “by the hour” services and will not exceed any predetermined sum unless the Client requests extra services. Estimated Sum: $____________________ *The special video packages ( Basic $500 1 minute video and Basic Pro $800 1-3 minute video) may not be exactly 1 minute or 3 minutes long and the editing techniques will be standardized and not consist of complicated or time consuming processes. It will be up to the Contractor discretion on final video length depending on the content and artistic design. 2. If the set up process in discussing the video project takes more than an hour the client will be charged a consulting fee of $50 an hour. 3. Client shall pay Contractor the sum of $100 if applicable, prior to any work being started as a reservation fee. This fee is not refundable and will be credited to the final amount owed. 4. PAYMENT: Client shall make a one-time payment to Contractor for the final cost at the end of the term. State and or Federal taxes may be applicable on services. 5. TERM: The term of this Agreement shall begin on __________and shall continue until completion of service rendered to the satisfaction of Client. 6. GENERAL PROVISIONS: (a) All work shall be completed in a professional manner, and if applicable, in compliance with all building codes and other applicable laws. (b) To the extent required by law all work shall be performed by individuals duly licensed and authorized by law to perform the work. (c) In the event Client shall fail to pay any periodic or installment payment due hereunder, Contractor may cease work without breach pending payment or resolution of dispute. Any paid reservation fee is not refundable. (d) Contractor shall not be liable for any delay due to circumstance beyond its control. (e) Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of Client. (f) Any changes to this document must be signed by both Contractor and Client. (g) This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of ¬Texas. (h) Neither the Client nor the Contractor may assign this Agreement without prior written consent from the non-assigning party. (i) The headings of the sections herein are for convenience only, and shall not affect the meaning of the provisions of this Agreement. (j) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Contractor, and supersedes any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this Agreement. There are no other promises, conditions, understandings or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. (k) IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Parties have executed this Agreement on the date first written above.
